摘要

For the bi-metallic composite pipe's forming quality is not high, based on the elastic-plastic mechanics theory, by the mechanics analysis of bi-metallic composite pipe plastic molding process, the circumferential stress and strain in the outer surface of the inner tube and inner surface of outer tube were obtained, the relationship of expanding pressure and initial gap and the residual pressure was researched, the study result showed that there is an optimum expanding pressure under the different initial gaps, the initial gap is the determining factor for the maximum expanding pressure. There is an important guiding significance for improving the quality of bi-metal composite pipe by the choice of expanding pressure and initial gap.
