水下隔离系统失效概率计算研究

         

摘要

The installing of SSIS can reduce the fire and explosion consequences caused by offshore platform leakage,but if the SSIS fails when there is an accident on offshore platform,it can cause worse consequences. So it is necessary to evaluate the reliability of SSIS. Based on FTA and basic event failure probability obtained from the database,the failure probability of three classical types of SSIS assemblage is calculated,the strengths and weaknesses of each types were analyzed according to the failure probability,and the failure probability of SSIS can be the basis of the reliability research on SSIS.%安装水下隔离(SSIS)系统可以有效地降低海洋平台因泄露引发的火灾爆炸后果,但是如果水下隔离系统在海洋平台出现事故时失效,则会带来更加严重的后果.因此有必要对水下隔离系统的可靠性进行评估.文中应用事故树分析法并根据数据库查得的基本事件失效概率对水下隔离系统3种典型装配形式的失效概率进行定量计算,根据失效概率比较每种装配形式的优缺点,并为评估水下隔离系统的可靠性评估提供依据.
