The failure prediction method of safety instrumented system after proof tests by Markov models, and presents state transition matrixes after online and offline proof tests were showed. The system state of safety instrumented system was obtained through state transition matrixes after on-line and off-line proof tests. The average probability of failure on demand (PFDavg) was solved. Safety integrity level (SIL) was obtained to estimate the security of safety instrumented system.%采用马尔科夫模型法对考虑功能测试条件的安全仪表系统的危险失效预测,提出了在线和离线功能测试下的状态转移矩阵.通过在线或离线状态下的状态转移矩阵,得到安全仪表系统功能测试后的状态,通过求解系统功能测试后的测试间隔内的平均要求时失效概率,进而得到衡量安全仪表系统安全性的安全完整性等级(SIL)指标.
