我国利用外资存在的问题及相应对策

改革开放以来，我国利用外商投资促进了产业升级和技术进步，但也存在一些问题并产生一定负面影响。我们应在合理引导外资流向、着力改善投资环境和建立风险防范机制诸方面，做一些必要的政策调整。%Our nation makes use of foreign capital to invest to promote industrial updating and technological improvement since the reform and opening - up begin.
