略析事业单位改革中的高校工会工作

The reform we promote in public organs 2011 will make the staff in the higher education and the trade union face up to a great test.The trade union of higher education as a organization of safeguarding the staff＇s rights,should play its corresponding role%2011年开展的事业单位改革,将使高校教职工和工会面临重大考验。作为维护教职工利益的高校工会组织,在面对广大教职工产生困惑的时候自应有所作为,一方面要就教职工的利益诉求提出自己的意见和建议,一方面要努力做到源头参与。同时,更应充分发挥教代会的民主作用。
