职工群众工作方法论

新时期的职工群众工作,已呈现出诸多不同以往的新特点,一是工作对象更加广泛;二是工作内容更加多元;三是工作环境更加复杂;四是健全组织网络难度不断增大。各级工会干部要悉心研究工作方法,以适应时代变化对工会工作带来的新需求。%In the new age the work for staff mass emerges some new characteristics different from the previous ones.The first one is to extend our serve for the staff.The second one is to variegate the working contents.The third one is to complicate the working situation.The fourth one is harder to construct the organized website.All levels of trade unions should research on the working method carefully to adapt ourselves to the new demands brought by the new age.
