用文化拉近工会与企业的距离

摘要

和平区总工会近年以文化建设为突破口,带动了各方面的工作。其做法有四：一是因地制宜,借壳下蛋,破解了区街两级工会活动阵地的难题;二是因企制宜,以文育人,发挥了工会大学校的作用;三是因人制宜,以文聚人,拉近了与职工和企业的距离;四是重在实干,重求实效,推动了企业建会工作。%In recent years,Hexi general trade union took the work of cultural construction as a breakthrough which led all other work.There were four methods;the first one was to solve the problem according to the specific situation.The second one was to educate the staff according to the cultural situation of enterprise.The third one was to gather the staff by culture of enterprise to narrow the gap between the staff and the enterprise.The fourth one was to focus on the practical effect to promote the construction of enterprise.
