我国大学生体育权利保障浅析

摘要

我国大学生体育权利,在实现过程中存在诸多制约因素,主要有来自学校方面的如设施不足、重视不够、没有有效的权利保障申诉机制和来自社会的支持不够等因素,也受学生自身因素如体育权利意识淡薄、参与效度不高及经济条件欠佳的制约。维护好大学生正当合理的体育权利,需要合理配置体育活动场地与器材,努力增强学生行使体育权利的观念与能力,并建立健全学生体育权利的保障与申诉机制。%The students' PE right is limited by many factors in our national universities.The main factors are the facilities,the leaders' attention,imperfect system of arbitrating,other social factors of unsupported,and the students themselves.For example,they have weak awareness of safeguarding their PE right and lack of funds.To safeguard the students' PE right,we have to own a playground and sufficient facilities.And we should enhance their awareness of safeguarding the PE right to construct a relatively perfect system of safeguarding their PE right.
