谈谈建筑企业提高职工素质的有关问题

提高职工素质是企业安全平稳发展的刚性需求。职工素质之高低,将直接鲜明体现和直接决定企业竞争力之高低,它不仅关系到企业生产的速度与质量,也关乎企业能否做到持续、健康、和谐、科学地发展。因此,必须依靠完善体制来提升职工的专业技术;依托有效载体来提升职工的实践能力;依靠文化建设来提升职工的思想道德。%To improve the staff′quality is the need of development of the enterprise stably.The staff′quality shows the competitive ability of an enterprise.It is not only related to the speed and quality of an enterprise,but also related to sustainable,healthy,harmonious,and scientific development of an enterprise.Therefore,we must rely on perfect system to improve staff′technology,rely on the carrier to improve the staff′practical ability,and rely on the cultural construction to improve the staff′morality.
