如何提高高职学生的学习积极性

问卷调查表明，目前多数高职生缺乏较旺盛的学习积极性，其成因在于，大部分学生是在不甘心或不情愿的情况下走进校园而成为高职生的，他们普遍已对学习产生厌倦心理。其解决之道，一是提高社会对高职教育的认可度，二是培养学生对专业的浓厚兴趣，三是指导学生制定良好的职业生涯规划，四是努力使教学方式变得丰富多彩，五是千方百计激发学生的专业成就感。%Questionnaires show that currently most of the vocational college students are lack of studying enthusiasm.It is because that a big part of the students are not willing to become vocational college students, which causes the widespread weariness of studying.To solve this we shall do by the following 5 aspects:a) To increase the accept of vocational college education in society .b) To develop the interest of major.c) To in-struct students to make well future career plan.d) To try to make teaching methods more multiple.e) To make every effort to stimulate students’ sense of achievement in the vocational college.
