国家开放大学与行业（部委）合作建立支持联盟的思考

摘要

It is the reform of a major innovation, for The Open University of China construction plan to establish the proposed four support alliance strategy of our country’s higher education idea. The industries (ministries and commissions) support union makes a greater progress. But the industries (ministries and commissions) support union construction mode research does not see more. According to different industries(ministries and commissions) characteristics, product demand, in the national layout, employee education training needs and other factors, different industry support union, should adopt different construction model and structure model, in order to support the strengths of all parties alliance, to realize their value pursuit.%　　《国家开放大学建设方案》提出的建立四大支持联盟的战略构想，是我国高等教育改革的重大创新，其中行业（部委）支持联盟建设进展较快。但目前对行业（部委）支持联盟建设模式的研究并不多见。应当根据不同行业（部委）的产业特点、产品需求、在全国的布局、员工教育培训需要等因素，对于不同的行业（部委），应采用不同的合作模式，以利于发挥支持联盟各成员的优势，实现各自的价值追求。
