To provide a banking business support system, method, and program for providing services and products to clients in banking business.SOLUTION: A banking business system BK1 includes: an account information storage part 43 for storing deposit/dispensing information for each account of a client; a preliminary preparation information storage part 33 for recording information necessary for the business procedure for each client; and a control part 31 connected to a transaction terminal 10 and a middle system 20. The control part 31 generates a client status prediction model based on deposit/dispensing information registered in the account information storage part 43, predicting a future transaction in the client using a client status prediction model, and recording the information necessary for the procedure in the future transaction in a preliminary preparation information storage part 33, outputting a proposal relating to the future transaction to the transaction terminal 10, and outputting business instructions using the preliminary preparation information of the proposal to the middle system 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
