地市级开放大学建设的瓶颈与对策研究--以无锡市广播电视大学为例

Building Open University well is a strategic measure of learning society construction, which also changes, enriches and promotes the functions of TV university. Based on analysis of the construction background and condition for Open University, Wuxi Radio and TV University takes example. Through the study of municipal RTVU case, the author puts forward the assumption of constructing open university. Meanwhile, the paper thinks more of a series of deep seated problems facing open university construction and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the construction of municipal open university.%建设好开放大学，是构建学习型社会的战略举措，也是广播电视大学功能的转变、丰富和提升。深入分析开放大学建设背景、建设现状、问题和构建要件，以无锡广播电视大学为例，通过对地市级电大个案研究，提出建设地市级开放大学的思路，并对地市级开放大学建设面临的一系列深层次问题进行对策研究，以期为地市级开放大学建设提供借鉴。
