基于TMS320F2812的数字励磁控制器设计

     

摘要

以TI公司TMS320F2812芯片为核心,设计了一款适用于同步电动机励磁控制的数字励磁控制器.系统中TMS320F2812对转子绕组励磁电流的采样与设定励磁电流作差,并将误差进行PI运算,得到相应的TC787双窄脉冲产生芯片的移相控制电压,对可控硅触发实现相位调节,最终实现恒流励磁控制;采用软件灭磁加硬件保护的灭磁技术,取代传统纯硬件灭磁技术;采用触摸屏技术实现励磁控制器的参数设置、状态监视以及故障报警显示功能等.测试表明:该数字化励磁控制器能够满足各种环境下的同步电动机励磁控制要求.%TMS320F2812 produced by TI Company, a digital signal processor (DSP), as the core, an applicable digital excitation controller to control excitation of synchronous motor wes designed. The difference between actual rotor winding excitation current and setting excitation current was input to PI regulators and calculated to acquire corresponding phase-shifted control voltage of TC787, a kind of dual spike pulse generating chip, to regulate phase of SCR trigger pulse and finally get constant current excitation control. The de-excitation technique of software excitation and hardware protection was adopted to substitute traditional pure hardware excitation.Touch-screen technique was employed to achieve preferences, status surveillance, failure warning display, etc.The test result indicated that the digital excitation controller could the requirements of synchronous motor excitation control under all circumstances.
