摘要:
针对数字励磁控制器出现电压采样PT断线而导致的电压失控问题,提出一种具有高动态品质特征的电压测量与励磁控制技术.PT断线时,由三相测量模式自动切换到单相测量模式.为适应发电机频率波动及电压畸变,采用电压自平方单相电压检测方案.然而单相电压采样带来的采样延时会导致原PID参数达不到理想的动态效果.对此,提出一种具有发电机绕组稳态压降估计的滑模控制器,提高了发电机系统对系统参数的鲁棒性,可使励磁系统具有较高稳态精度与较快动态性能.在10 kW数字励磁同步发电机上实验验证了所提电压采样技术以及励磁控制技术的有效性.

摘要:
The paper considers the stability of a single-machine infinite bus(SMIB)power system which is disturbed by random fluctuation of a SMIB's mechanic power and power angle. And a stochastic nonlinear model is presented to describe the transient process of the excitation adjustment of SMIB.Based on the Lyapunov stability criterion of a stochastic nonlinear system and a technique,which has been named as Nonlinear Integral Backstepping,to design a stabilizer for such a system,a novel excitation control law is proposed to suppress random disturbance and improve the system's stabilization. The results of simulation show the correctness and validity of the presented excitation controller to suppress the random disturbance.%针对单机无穷大发电系统机械功率与功率角的随机扰动对系统稳定性影响,建立了暂态过程中励磁调节的随机非线性模型,根据随机系统Lyapunov稳定性判据和随机非线性积分反推方法设计励磁控制律,抑制系统的随机扰动以提高系统稳定性.通过数值仿真验证了随机扰动抑制方法的正确性和有效性.

摘要:
光伏发电往往通过电力电子接口接入电网,使得系统面临频率和电压稳定性等方面的挑战.结合光伏发电的输出特性,提出了一种基于虚拟同步发电机(VSG)的光伏发电系统变流器控制策略.首先,综合光伏阵列、升压电路、脉冲宽度调制和最大功率跟踪控制模块,搭建了光伏发电系统的仿真模型.其次,基于传统同步发电机运行机制,提出了有功频率控制和无功电压控制方法,实现了有功功率控制和调频调压的双重功能,完成了光伏发电系统的运行控制.最后,分析了不同光照强度和不同温度下光伏阵列的输出特性,并在负荷功率扰动条件下,开展了系统的直流侧逆变电压、虚拟同步发电机输出有功功率和系统频率等特性研究.通过MATLAB/Simulink,验证了虚拟同步发电机思想及控制方法的正确性和有效性.

In modern large-scale power systems,low frequency oscillation is becoming a serious problem for secure system operation. Generator excitation controller is the most direct and most effective method for suppressing low-frequency oscillations. In this paper,an improved matrix pencil method based on the idea of the size of variance contributive in principal components analysis is proposed. And the improved matrix pencil method is used to analyze the damping that excitation controller can provide in the transient process,which is a method to evaluate the effect of different excitation controllers suppressing low-frequency oscillations. The parameters of oscillation mode are picked up at the time of occurrence of low frequency oscillation in UHV trans-regional power grid which is simulated in Power System Analysis Soft ware Package (PSASP). The effectiveness of the improved matrix pencil method is firstly tested in a typical single-machine to infinite bus system,and then proved in the UHV trans-regional power grid in PSASP.
