电纺PET纳米纤维膜的制备及其防水透湿性能评价

     

摘要

以PET切片为原料,溶于适当溶剂制备静电纺纳米纤维膜,采用FE-SEM对其纤维形貌进行表征,并测试其纤维膜的防水透湿性能和力学性能。结果表明:当纺丝液中PET质量分数高于15%时可获得直径分布均匀且无珠丝的纳米纤维膜;静电纺PET纳米纤维膜具有优异的拒水性能、良好的透湿性能,且具有一定的耐静水压性能;通过调整静电纺PET纳米纤维膜的厚度可以改善其强力,进而提升耐静水压值而不影响其透湿效果。%The electrospun nanofiber membrane is prepared by dissolving polyethylene terephthlate (PET) chips in appropriate solvent, which is characterized with field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) in terms of fiber morphology, and the water proof, vapor permission and mechanical properties of the resultant nanofiber membrane are also tested. The results indicate that the nanofiber film with uniform diameter distribution and without beaded fibers could be obtained via using concentration greater than 15% of polymer solution, and the resulting electrospun PET nanofiber film possesses excellent hydrophobicity, good vapor permission and certain degree of hydrohead value. The mechanical strength of electrospun PET nanofiber membrane could be enhanced by increasing the thickness of the membrane, and then its hydrohead value increases, but the vapor transmission property of the membrane does not show significant change.
