应用过滤器脱硬预处理浓海水及其产物回收

     

摘要

针对海水淡化后生成的浓海水对环境造成严重污染的问题,提出了一种新型的海水脱硬预处理淡化的方法.通过对过滤器滤速、截留量、截留颗粒分布情况进行考察,选取孔径最佳的滤板进行预处理后从过滤液中提取50%~60%左右的粗质碳酸钙,随后渗透液进入过滤器进行二次过滤,从超滤浓水中提取30%~35%左右的纳米碳酸钙.采用化学法与过滤器法结合的方法,在去除海水中钙离子的同时对钙离子以碳酸钙及纳米碳酸钙产物的形式进行高效提取,不但实现了低能耗、低污染,而且有效降低了浓盐水淡化的成本.%Aiming at the environmental polution problem of concentrated sea water generated from desalination process, a new pretreatment method of use filter filtration device is designed for the desalination of sea hard.The factors influenced the desalination performance are investigated at first, such as the filtration rate, interception and particle distribution, which could be used to choose the filter plate with the optimal apertures, about 50%-60% of the crude calcium carbonate could be extracted by the filtrate.Subsequent, the permeate solution after treatment could be recycled and filtered again in the filtration, about 30%-35% of nano calcium carbonate could be extracted.This method fully uses the advantages of chemical method and filtration, and it straightforward to take the calcium carbonate and nano calcium carbonate when removal the calcium from concentrated sea water.The filtration method is easy to maintain, energy-saving and lower contamination, and reduces the cost of desalination.
