水滴模板法构筑有序多孔聚苯乙烯薄膜

         

摘要

The ordered porous structures on polystyrene film were fabricated via a method of water droplet template. A solution prepared by dissolving a certain amount of polystyrene in toluene was coated on the glass substrates in order to obtain homogenous polystyrene films. By adjusting the solution concentration, mass ratio between PS (200 ku) and PS (35 ku) and film thickness, the uniformly distributed porous structure of the membrane material was prepared. The effects of above factors were studied. The results show that as the polymer solution concentration is 20%, the mass ratio between PS (200 ku) and PS (35 ku) is 1∶2 and the film thickness is 400μm, the ordered pore size on polystyrene film is in the range of 0.8-2.8μm.%以聚苯乙烯为基质材料、甲苯为溶剂,采用水滴模板法制备多孔膜.通过调节制膜液浓度、不同分子质量聚苯乙烯的质量比以及膜厚度制备出孔径大小分布均匀、有序的多孔结构膜材料;探讨了铸膜液浓度、聚苯乙烯质量比、膜厚度对多孔膜表面形貌的影响.结果显示:当溶液中聚合物质量分数为20%、不同分子质量聚苯乙烯的质量比(m200ku∶m35ku)为1∶2及膜厚度为400滋m时,可获得孔径大小介于0.8~2.8滋m之间的有序多孔结构的PS膜.
