基于EMD方法的心电信号带内噪声滤除

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of useful signal eliminated, ECG signal in-band noise de-noising processing based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method is proposed. This method only processes the noise component with the EMD′s decomposition, making useful signal power basically remain unchanged and noise power be greatly weakened, so as to achieve de-noising purpose. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional EMD threshold filtering, this method maintains the integrity of the real signal as de-noising at the same time, thus confirming the validity of the algorithm for the weak signal with low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the noise in band de-noising.%为解决心电信号去噪过程中有用信号被削减的问题,提出了基于经验模态分解(EMD)滤除心电信号带内噪声的方法。该方法用EMD方法处理含噪分量,保持有用信号的功率基本不变,大大消弱噪声的功率,达到去噪目的。实验表明:与传统EMD阈值滤波相比,该方法在滤除噪声的同时能保留真实信号的完整性,证实了该算法对低信噪比微弱信号带内噪声滤除的有效性。
