人工细胞制备的研究进展

摘要

人工细胞即是模拟细胞精巧结构制备出与生物细胞功能相近的细胞微囊，如将一些生物大分子包埋在其中用以实现特定功能或寻找新型材料制备具有良好通透性细胞膜的人工细胞等。从人工细胞化学法和生物法制备的角度对近几十年来人工细胞的发展以及应用进行简要概述，并探讨了目前人工细胞发展面临的困难和未来研究的方向。%Artificial cells are cell-like microcapsules with functions similar to the living cells, mimicking the dedicated structures of biological cells, such as encapsulate biological macromolecules in microcapsules to achieve specific functions or to find new materials for the preparation of the cell membrane with felicitous permeability , etc. The development and application of artificial cells in recent decades are briefly overviewed from the point of view of chemical and biological prospective. The current difficulties and future research directions for the development of artificial cells are also discussed.
