为了改善聚氨酯薄膜的易结晶性与力学性能,从原料聚醚着手,以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG1000)为起始剂,以一定比例的环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为原料,通过阴离子开环聚合机理进行四氢呋喃嵌段聚醚(PTMGPO/EO)的合成. 分别使用红外、核磁共振及凝胶渗透色谱对所合成聚醚多元醇进行分析、表征,并以合成的PTMG-PO/EO 聚醚为原料制作聚氨酯薄膜,与常规PEO 聚醚所制成的聚氨酯薄膜进行力学性能与透湿性能的比较. 结果表明:PUPTMG-PO/EO薄膜透湿量为10 288 g/(m2·(24 h)),PUPTMG-PO/EO薄膜断裂强度为35 Mpa, 断裂伸长率为550%,使用所合成的PTMG-PO/EO 聚醚制成的聚氨酯薄膜具有高的力学性能与良好的透湿性.%In order to improve the crystallinity and mechanical properties of polyurethane film,starting from the raw material polyether,using poly(THF)ether glycol as starting agent,a certain proportion of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide as raw materials,tetrahydrofuran block polyether(PTMG-PO/EO)was synthesized via anionic ring opening polymerization. IR, NMR and gel permeation chromatography were performed to characterize and analyze the synthesized polyether polyol polyurethane film was synthesized by using PTMG-PO/EO polyether as raw material,its mechanical properties and moisture permeability was compared with the polyurethane films prepared by conventional PEO polyether.Results show,the moisture permeability for PUPTMG-PO/EO thin film is 10 288 g/(m2·(24 h)),the fracture strength of PUPTMG-PO/EOis 35 MPa,the elongation at break is 550%,the polyurethane film made from the synthesized PTMG-PO/EO polyether has higher mechanical properties and good moisture permeability.
