石英纤维单向编织扁带的结构与性能

     

摘要

为了提高天线罩织物的性能,提出一种编织定位方法,以27 tex石英纤维为编织纱,以190 tex石英纤维为轴纱,研制了单向编织扁带.采用岛津万能材料试验机对不同编织工艺参数的单向编织扁带试样进行拉伸性能测试,对比单向编织扁带与合股纱线的断裂强度,分析扁带的拉伸断裂机制.结果表明:单向编织扁带外观均匀,结构稳定,纤维强力利用率高,与合股纱线相比,单向编织扁带的厚度更薄,织物的厚度减小了1/3,织物断裂强度更高,可以替代合股纱线进行织物的织造,提高织物性能.试验结果表明:最优的编织工艺参数为轴纱双合股,编织角为13°.%In order to improve the performance of fabrics, a positioning method of braiding is presented. In this work, 27 tex quartz fiber as braiding yarns and 190 tex quartz fiber as axial yarn were used to produce unidirectional braided flat tapes. Shimadzu universal testing machine was used to test the tensile strength of the samples with different braiding parameters. Tensile strength of unidirectional braided flat tapes and ply yarn were analyzed. And the tensile fracture mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that the unidirectional braided flat tapes had uniform appearance, stable structure and high fiber strength utilization rate. Unidirectional braided flat tapes have smaller thickness and higher fracture strength compared with the ply yarn. With the aim of improving properties, the unidirectional braided flat tapes replaced twisted yarn to produce fabric. Braiding parameters had great impact on the unidirectional braided flat tapes strength, and in the tensile test process, the axial yarn was the main load-bearing part, and braiding yarns played a role of binding to the axial yarn. The results showed that the best weaving process parameter was the axial yarn two-ply yarns and the braiding angle of 13°.
