多元价值视角职教投资决策评价研究

         

摘要

The investor for vocational education, universality of learner and pluralism of external environment make higher challenge for the decision and the evaluation of investing decision. Therefore, it is both a core problem concerned by investor and beneficicy and an important subject under discussion to make investment decision and evaluation under multi-value angle for vocational education to change the problem of index singleness and system deficiency for traditional education. Investment decision evaluation must be set up on multi-value concept, follow the principles of efficiency, fair, participation and sustainability and enrich and improve evaluation index and method in order to construct scientific and reasonable system.%职业教育多个出资方、受众广泛性和多元化的外部环境为其投资决策与评价提出了更高的挑战,进行多元价值视角下职业教育投资决策与评价是投资方、受益方关注的核心问题,也是改善传统职业教育评价指标单一、体系缺乏的重要议题。因此,职业教育投资决策评价必须建立在多元价值观基础上,遵循效率、公平、参与和可持续的原则,进一步丰富和完善职业教育投资决策评价指标和评价方法,构建起科学、合理的职业教育投资决策与评价体系。
