高职院校外事工作人员综合素质探究

The increasing international exchanges and cooperation in vocational colleges are becoming more diversified and complicated, which puts forward a new request for the overall quality of foreign affairs staff. They should not only be hardworking and familiar with their job and process, but be equipped with good political and ideological quality, cross -cultural communication ability, translation skills, emergency response, organizational and coordinate skills and strict foreign discipline.%随着高职院校的国际交流与合作的增多，内容与形式越来越多样化和复杂化，对外事工作人员综合素质水平提出了全新要求。这就意味着高职院校外事工作人员不仅仅要熟知本职工作内容和流程，更要具备良好的政治思想素质、严格遵守涉外纪律、具有较高外事翻译水平、较强跨文化交际能力、吃苦耐劳、处理突发事件的应急能力、以及较强组织协调能力和良好的精神面貌。
