多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白（PGIP）的研究进展概述

摘要

多聚半乳糖醛酸酶抑制蛋白（PGIP）在阻止病原物的侵入、发展，进而激活特定的防卫反应方面具有独特的作用。本文对PGIP的特性、差异表达、功能和检测进行了简单总结，并对今后PGIP研究的方向提出了自己的看法。%For polygalacturonase inhibiting protein （PGIP） , the special actions could be found in preventing the pathogenic bacteria infection, disease development and activating the further defense of the plants. Some problems are reviewed, such as the properties, the differential expression, the detection of PGIP, and its functions on disease resistance and plant development. Finally, several research directions on PGIP are put forward.
