In this paper, polyester was firstly semi-inlaid with sucrose ester, and then grafted with sericin protein with crosslinking agent. SEM Image showed that after inlaying, a layer of compound was covered on the surface of the polyester fiber, and after grafting, the covered layer became thicker. FT-IR indicated that sericin protein had been grafted onto the polyester. DSC showed that the thermal stability of the polyester had been improved. XRD showed that the crystalinity degree of the inlaid polyester decreased, while acetic acid treatment made it increased slightly. The wearablity test indicated that the sericin protein had firmly grafted onto the polyester surface. The polyester exhibited improved wettability and antistatic property, as well as good crease elasticity. Softening treatment rendered the polyester good softness.%在涤纶表面半镶嵌蔗糖脂肪酸酯,通过使用交联剂制备涤纶/丝胶蛋白复合面料.扫描电镜观察结果表明,半镶嵌后涤纶表面覆盖了一层化合物,接枝后表面覆盖层更厚;红外光谱显示,丝胶蛋白接枝在涤纶上;DSC结果表明,复合面料热稳定性增加;X衍射结果表明,镶嵌后涤纶结晶度有所下降,用醋酸处理后结晶度略有上升.服用性能测试结果表明,丝胶蛋白牢固地接枝在涤纶表面;织物吸湿、抗静电性能明显改善,折皱弹性保持良好,柔软剂处理后柔软度保持良好.
