基于Hilbert变换的复合材料声学性能检测方法研究

     

摘要

We chose the ultrasonic pulse echo method to directly measure the acoustic property of composite in aviation industry based on the Hilbert transform, and compared two different types of fiber reinforced resin based composite. In this paper, the theory of Hilbert transform and the measurement principle of acoustic property of composite are introduced in detail. Then the ultrasonic echo signal measured is analyzed and processed by the Hilbert transform. The results show that this method can accurately measure the acoustic property of composite with error less than 2.5%, and evaluate the composite effectively.%基于Hilbert变换,采用超声脉冲回波法直接测量航空工业复合材料的声学性能,并对两种不同类型的纤维增强树脂基复合材料进行比较.详细介绍了Hilbert变换的基本原理和复合材料声学性能的测量原理,利用Hilbert变换对实测超声回波信号进行分析和处理.检测结果表明:该方法能够准确测量复合材料的声学性能,误差在2.5%以内,并能对复合材料做出有效评估.
