一体化陶瓷迁移管在离子迁移谱中的应用

摘要

The material and preparation process of Ion mobility tube has a great influence on ion mobili-ty,environmental adaptability and stability.This article reviews the principles of ion mobility spectrom-etry and metal-to-ceramic sealing technology.An integrated ceramic drift tube has been prepared to com-pare with a traditional stack-ring drift tube.The results prove that the integrated drift tube is more ro-bust,shows higher resolution and higher strength.%离子迁移管的材料和制备工艺对离子迁移率、环境适应性和稳定性有很大的影响。本文综述了离子迁移技术和陶瓷封接技术，应用陶瓷封接技术加工制备了一体化离子迁移管，进行了离子迁移实验，通过和传统迁移管的实验对比表明：使用陶瓷封接工艺制备的一体化迁移管环境适应性好、分辨率较高、机械强度高。
