A new double-probe type of waveguide to microstrip transition is developed and its return loss is below -25 dB in 32 GHz-38 GHz. A 6-way power dividing/combining module is designed, and the simulation result shows that its return loss is below -20 dB, the insertion loss is about 0.2 dB, and the combining efficiency is close to 95%in 31 GHz-39 GHz.
