本文的研究旨在探索IT员工工作压力源与压力反应,包括生理反应、心理反应、工作满意度与离职倾向之间的内在关系.采用实证性研究验证了压力源与压力反应的确存在显著正相关,并进一步探讨了工作压力源各因子与压力反应四个部分之间的关系.研究结果为IT企业有针对性地采取压力管理措施提供有益帮助.%The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships of the IT employees'job stressors and stress reactions that includes physiological reaction, job satisfaction, turnover intention and psychological reaction. The result indicates that the job stressor is significantly positive correlated with stress reaction. Moreover, it examines the relationship among some dimensions of stressors and the four types of stress reactions. The research would provide beneficial help for enterprises to carry out stress management pertinently.
