顾客价值管理驱动企业价值提升路径分析

     

摘要

企业经营、发展、壮大的过程就是一场围绕价值的博弈,实现和提升价值既是企业运营的目标又是贯穿企业管理的主线。随着经济的发展,人们越来越意识到顾客对企业发展的重要意义,顾客在价值中如何体现,顾客因素又是如何影响企业价值,它对企业价值提升如何发挥作用,我们应从何入手进行分析、挖掘?本文尝试从企业价值来源角度切入,通过解析企业引入顾客价值管理的必要性,阐释以顾客价值管理为主要内容实现企业价值提升的重要意义,同时对顾客价值管理模式的选取进行了初步探讨,提出实现企业价值长远提升的顾客价值管理路径,并提出相关思考。%Enterprise development is a game around the value, value is the goal of enterprise operation and the main thread running throuth enterprise management. With the development of economy, people are more sensitised to the significance of cus-tomer for enterprise development. How to reflect the customer value? The customer how to influence the enterprise value? What role do the customer play on the promotion of enterprise value? Where do we start to analysis, study? According to an analysis based on the enterprise value source in this paper, explain why the customer value management on the enterprise value manage-ment is very important, and preliminary study for how to use data model in customer value management. Put forward the view-points about that path of enhance enterprise value based on customer value management and others.
