企业是自主创新的主体，企业自主创新能力的提高对于我国经济发展方式的转变和经济持续稳定增长有着重要的影响。文章回顾、研究国内外理论界对于企业自主创新能力方面的相关文献，对自主创新内涵和企业自主创新能力的内涵、评价指标体系和对策建议的相关研究进行了梳理和归纳，总结了目前学术界关于企业自主创新能力研究取得的进展。进而提出研究存在的不足包括对自主创新微观层面研究的不足、应用对策研究的针对性不强、测评指标的选择过于复杂等，并从加深理论研究、正确区分和选取调研对象、深入研究产学研合作机制和技术市场、技术转移机制等方面提出了未来企业自主创新能力的研究方向，从而为丰富自主创新相关理论的发展和我国制定企业创新政策、提升企业创新能力提供重要的决策参考。%Enterprises are the main body of independent innovation. The promotion of enterprises' independent innovation capa-bility has important influence on China's development of economy. This paper reviews the theory of enterprises' independence innovation ability and summarizes the relative research achievements of the connotation of independent innovation and the connotation, evaluation index system and countermeasures of enterprises' independence innovation ability. It puts forward existent deficiency, including the lack of micro-level studies, not pertinent countermeasures and complex evaluation indices. Finally, the article prospects the developments of future, including deepening the theoretical research, properly selection of the investigation objects, and further research on cooperated mechanism of production, study and research, technology transfer mechanism and so on. It will provide theory and reference for relative research and policies.
