Pan Maoyuan's thoughts of higher vocational education exert a deep and profound in-fluence on the reform,development and practice of the higher vocational education in China. Thus,it is very necessary to explore Pan Maoyuan's thoughts of higher vocational education from the following as-pects including its philosophical connotations and value orientations ,structure principles and logical de-duction,developmental stages and main contents,materialized results and social contributions.%潘懋元高等职业教育思想博大精深丰富多彩,对中国高等职业教育的改革发展实践产生了重大而深远的影响. 因此,需要从潘懋元高等职业教育思想的哲学意蕴与价值取向、型构原理与逻辑推演过程、发展阶段与基本内容以及潘懋元高等职业教育思想的物化成果与社会贡献等方面进行探讨.
