The university culture is the builder and embodiment of university atmosphere which could promote students’ personality by molding,training,developing and cultivating their cultural spirits;meanwhile,it is also the expression and inheritance of the unique traditional which represents a kind of Confucian orthodoxy that marks the height and depth of a nation’s culture. The modern university system is just a representation form of bureaucracy in the field of higher education. The more the bureaucracy expands,the more the spiritual temperament of university loses. The unbalance between science and humanity is the result of the dogmatism of scientific standards. The separation and insulation between education and life is caused by the fate of professionalism of university. The marketization and industrialization of the reform of university education leads to the functionalization of people and utilitarian pattern of education. In order to deal with these problems,the constructions of university culture should focus on the following aspects:pay more attention to cultivation and molding of the cultural tradition of universities in themselves,build an all-around cultural atmosphere for providing the appropriate soft environment to talent cultivation,correct and reconstruct the view of talents,optimize and improve training pattern,and make sure to have an open vision and a tolerant mind.%大学文化既是大学氛围的营造者和体现者，通过陶冶、训练、养成，培育学生的文化精神，提升其人格境界；又是一种独特传统的表达者和传承者，它代表一种道统，标志着一个民族的文化高度和厚度。现代大学制度不过是科层制在高等教育领域的表征形式。科层制日彰，则大学之精神气质多失。科学尺度的独断化，造成了科学和人文的失衡；大学的职业化命运，带来了教育同生活的脱节和隔离。大学教育改革的市场化和产业化取向，导致了人的功能化和教育的功利化格局。为了应对这些问题，大学文化建设需要着眼于以下方面：高度重视大学自身文化传统的培育和塑造；营造一种全方位的文化氛围，为人才培养提供适宜的软环境；矫正并重建人才观，优化并改进培养模式；确立开放的视野和宽容的胸怀。
