协同创新：国外大学联合培养型博士生教育模式探析

摘要

Cooperative innovation is a new form of innovation organizing.Because doctoral students are im-portant undertakers of innovative activities,many foreign universities introduced the idea of cooperative innova-tion into doctoral students’education and forged the collaborative doctoral educational mode.This mode can make the educational activities go across traditional borders and show cooperative features across disciplines,de-partments and national boundaries.%协同创新是一种新的创新组织形式，由于博士生是创新活动的重要承担者，因此国外许多大学将协同创新的理念引入博士生培养，形成了一种新的“联合培养型”博士生教育模式。这种教育模式能够促使人才培养活动跨越传统边界，表现出跨学科协同、跨部门协同和跨国界协同等协同创新特征。
