摘要

The realization of the goal of personnel training is a direct hand to enhance the quality of personnel training in local colleges and universities,including developing student-centered teaching culture,the develop-ment of teaching programs reflecting the training objectives,building an effective classroom,improving teachers'professional ability,promoting the institutionalization of teaching-related interests,strengthening teaching re-search,assisting personnel training by the relevant departments.%人才培养目标的达成是地方高校重视人才培养质量的直接抓手，包括发扬教学为本的学校文化、制定体现人才培养目标的教学方案、构建有效课堂、提升教师职业能力、促进与教学相关利益的制度化、全方位推进教学研究、各相关部门积极协助人才培养等七个方面。
