高校创新创业教育是契合时代发展潮流、顺应国家创新型人才培养目标的一种教育理念与模式.作为一种新型的教育模式,高校创新创业教育仍处于起步阶段,面临现实困境与挑战,具体表现在理念、制度、环境三个方面.因此,高校创新创业教育保障机制的建立具有重要的现实意义.基于此,应以培养体系为核心,以配套体系为支撑,以服务体系为辅助,构建由高校、政府、社会三方共同参与的符合我国实际的高校创新创业教育保障机制,以期实现高校创新创业教育规范化、持续性、高质量的发展.%The innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is a kind of teaching idea and mode which fits the trend of times and conforms to the training objective of innovative talents.As a new kind of pattern of education, the innovation and entrepreneurship education is still at the starting stage, facing dilemmas and challenges that are embodied in three aspects: the ideas, system and environment.The establishment of the guarantee mechanism of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has important practical significance.Based on this, we should take the training system as the core, supporting system as the support, and the service system as the auxiliary, constructing the guarantee mechanism of the innovation and entrepreneurship education by university, government and society.Through these ways, we expect to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education in a normalized, sustainable and high-quality way.
