基于LS-DYNA的中厚板轧辊磨损性能分析

摘要

Element analysis of roll wear in the process of rolling is done based on LS-DYNA.Roll wear curve drawn in ANSYS is basically consistent with the measured data of roll wear.The result is of important theoretical guiding significance for a variety of plate and strip mill roll wear research.%利用LS-DYNA对在轧制过程中轧辊的磨损性能进行了有限元分析,得出的轧辊磨损曲线与现场实测轧辊磨损数据基本相符,对于各种板带轧机的轧辊磨损研究具有广泛的理论指导意义。
