高职院校学生就业意向和毕业生质量的调查与分析

摘要

The authors of this paper employ questionnaires to investigate the employment inten-tions and quality of vocational college graduates,reveal the contradictions and dilemmas faced by them,analyze the gap of employment expectation and the social reality,and put forward some proposals concerning them based on the results of the survey.%采用问卷调查法对高职院校学生就业意向和毕业生质量进行了调查与分析，揭示了高职学生就业中面临的矛盾和困境，分析了就业预期与社会现实的偏差，并针对调查结果给出了相应的建议。
