分析了“软实力”概念的含义;指出品牌培育是学术期刊提升“软实力”的必然选择;通过列举《河北民族师范学院学报》《许昌学院学报》《黄山学院学报》三家地方高校学报特色栏目建设的成功案例,阐明包括地方高校学报在内的学术期刊,通过特色栏目建设打造品牌,提升“软实力”的相关因素。%The authors of paper discuss the concept of soft power,and point out that brand culti-vation is an imperative choice to promote soft power of academic journals.Then they examine the successful construction of the characteristic columns of the three local college journals:J ournal of Minzu Normal College of Hebei ,J ournal of Xuchang College and J ournal of Huangshan College ,and illustrate the relevant factors in developing soft power by the construction of charac-teristic columns of academic journals.
