活性氧和自噬在白血病耐药及治疗中的作用*

         

摘要

白血病是造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells, HSCs)的克隆性疾病,其病因和发病机制非常复杂,至今仍未被完全了解。近年研究表明,白血病的发生发展与活性氧(ROS)和自噬密切相关。在白血病细胞耐药性形成方面,ROS和自噬也起着重要的作用。以ROS和自噬作为靶点,促进白血病细胞发生程序性死亡被证实是克服白血病耐药的有效途径。本文就近年来ROS和自噬在白血病耐药及治疗中的研究进展作一综述。%Leukemia is a clonal disease of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). The etiology and pathogenesis of leukemia are not fully understood. Recent studies have indicated that the occurrence and development of leukemia are closely related to reactive oxygen species (ROS) and autophagy. Besides, ROS and autophagy also play an important role in the development of drug resistance in leukemia cells. Promoting the programmed cell death of leukemia cells by targeting ROS and autophagy have been proved to be an effective way to overcome the drug resistance of leukemia.Besides, the research progress of ROS and autophagy in drug resistance and treatment of leukemia in recent years is reviewed in this paper.
