数字视频技术在《城市市情演播系统》中的应用

摘要

In developing Yangquan"Telecast System of the city＇s Own Situation",the technology of the digital camera ,the video frequency collecting cards ,the specially equipped computer and the editing software centered by Adobe premiere are used. By tabletop system the quality of special broadcasting programs is obtained,and the system gets various output forms.%在开发阳泉市《城市市情演播系统》中，采用了数码摄像机、视频采集卡、专门配置的计算机以及以Adobe Premiere为核心的编辑软件等系列数字视频技术，以桌面系统的代价得到专业广播节目的质量，且系统具有多种输出格式。
