The natural frequency of the core fabric-reinforced light conveyor belt was studied by using ANSYS soft-ware,and the law of the influence of the distance between the rollers,the preload and the mass density of load on nat-ural frequency of the conveyor belt was obtained.The results show that:①the modal of the core fabric-reinforced light conveyor belt is basically the same as those of other belts;②the smaller preload has more influence on the former four-order natural frequency of belt when the distance between the rollers is smaller;③the larger distance between the rollers has more influence on the former four-order inherent frequency of belt when the preload is larger;④the mass density has more influence on the former four-order inherent frequency of belt when it is not large.The above results can provide valuable reference for the application of such kind of conveyor belt.%以织物芯增强轻型输送带为研究对象,利用ansys软件对其进行固有特性分析,得到托辊间距、预紧力、载重物体质量密度对输送带固有频率影响的规律。研究表明:①织物芯增强轻型输送带的模态与其他输送带的模态基本相同;②托辊间距较小时,较小的预紧力对输送带前四阶固有频率的影响比较大;③预紧力较大时,较大的托辊间距对输送带前四阶固有频率的影响比较大;④物料质量密度不大时,物料质量密度对输送带前四阶固有频率的影响比较大。研究结果可为该类输送带的应用提供有价值的参考。
