浅析“产教结合”教学科研团队组建策略

摘要

＂Combining Industry and Education＂ based teaching and research team is set up to train high-level technical application-oriented personnel. As schools and industry, teachers and companies, students and society all can conduct extensive teaching and research communication, it is an effective way to improve teacher quality and enhance students＇ employment competitiveness. Issues such as how to build hardwares of practice base and research platform, how to select team members, how to run diversify ＂project management＂ operating mechanism for the team, how to implement ＂the practice based and wide basis＂ and ＂school-enterprise guide studing＂ theory training program, and how to plan research and service orientation to serve regional economic development of ＂Combining Industry and Education＂ based on teaching and research teams are all explored in this paper.%“产教结合”教学科研团队的组建以培养高层次技术型应用人才为目标，是促使学校与行业、教师与企业、学生与社会进行广泛教学科研探索，提高师资素质、增强学生就业竞争力的有效途径．文章就“产教结合”教学科研团队组建所需的实训基地及科研平台硬条件建设和团队成员软条件构建，多元化“项目管理制”式的教学科研团队运行机制、基于“重实践、宽基础”和“校企导学制”人才培养方案实施、以及服务于区域经济建设为原则的科研服务规划等问题作出探讨．
