目前中国各高校的国际文化交流学院不仅在组织结构方面存在差异,在教学、科研和行政管理以及后勤服务的内容方面也各不相同。从趋同管理的视角来分析,国际文化交流学院的功能应该定位在专业、课程、教材、规章制度和师资队伍建设以及人才培养方面。%Nowadays,many differences exist in the organization,teaching,research,administration and service in the intentional cultural communication schools in China's universities.From the perspective of homogeneous management,the function of such schools should be centered on speciality,curriculum,teaching materials,rules and regulations,teaching staff development and talent training.
