Objective To investigate whether the selected factor can influence the incidence rate of hyponatremia in patients of acute cervical cord injury by using single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis. Methods A total of 145patients with acute cervical cord injury were included in this study. The influence of position and severity of cervical cord injury, combined with cerebral injury or not, with/without ventilatory support and with/without infection on hyponatremia incidence was analyzed by using single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results The severity of cervical cord injury, combined with cerebral injury or not, with/without ventilatory support and with/without infection were effective on hyponatremia incidence according to the result of single factor analysis, and the severity of cervical cord injury, with/without ventilatory support and with/without infection were effective according to the result of Logistic regression analysis. Conclusion The severity of cervical cord injury is important influence factor of hyponatremia after cervical cord injury. With/without ventilatory support and with/without infection are influence factors of hyponatremia after acute spinal cord injury, which may relate with the severity of cervical cord injury.%目的 利用单因素分析及logistic回归分析方法分析急性颈髓损伤后各因素对低钠血症的影响.
