脉冲整形器对SHPB波形的影响

         

摘要

利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA程序,采用Lagrange方法,在不同撞击速度下,对紫铜圆柱体脉冲整形器的直径、厚度、杨氏模量和硬化模量对脉冲整形效果的影响进行二维数值模拟,结果表明:若撞击杆撞击速度超过某一限定值时,紫铜脉冲整形器就起不到脉冲整形的目的;脉冲上升沿的最大升时与撞击杆撞击速度无关;脉冲整形器的直径变化显著影响脉冲整形器的整形效果;脉冲整形器的厚度越薄,整形后的脉冲的峰值越高,脉冲的曲率越大,但脉冲整形器厚度的改变基本不影响脉冲上升沿的升时;脉冲整形器的杨氏模量越低,脉冲上升沿的升时越长,而脉冲整形器的硬化模量主要影响脉冲的形状.%By means of the Lagrange method in ANSYS/LS-DYNA, a two dimensional model of SHPB with impulse shaper is constructed to investigate the effects of the diameter, thickness, Young's modulus and hardening modulus of copper pulse shaper on pulse shapes. It indicates that the impulse shaper does not shape the pulse when the striking velocity exceeds a certain value. The maximum rising time for pulse is unrelated to the striking velocity. The diameter of impulse shaper affects the pulse shape significantly. With thinner pulse shaper, the magnitude of pulse shape is higher and its curvature is larger. However, the thickness of pulse shape does not affect the rising time of pulse. The lower the Young' s modulus of pulse shaper, the longer the rising time of pulse is. Nevertheless, the hardening modulus mainly affects the shape of pulse.
