多脉冲整流器是一种无源的低谐波整流装置,相对于有源功率因数校正,具有可靠性高、过载能力强等优点,广泛用于航空等对可靠性要求很高的场合.本文结合P型18脉冲隔离型变压整流器,研究了实际应用中变压器匝数取整导致的匝比偏移对输入电流、输出电压及网侧相位角的影响.分析了匝数取整对各段电流波形的影响,讨论了匝比偏移对自然换相角和输出电压的影响,并结合实际绕制的移相变压器参数,搭建了仿真模型和实验样机,仿真与实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性.%Compared with active power factor correction,multi-pulse rectifier is widely used in aviation as a passive low harmonic rectifier because of its high reliability and overload capacity. Based on P type 18-pulse isolation trans-former rectifier,this article analyzes the impacts of turns ratio change brought by transformer integer turns on input current,output voltage and AC side phase angle. The impacts of turns rounding for current waveform and natural commutation angle and output voltage are also analyzed. According to parameters of actual phase-shift transformer winding,simulation model and experimental prototype are built. Both the simulation and experiment results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
