基于 OPN 的叶片生产系统建模与仿真

             

摘要

运用面向对象Petri网的方法对叶片生产系统各实体进行建模,通过消息传递关系将各实体的OPN模型进行连接,完成系统整体模型的建立,并对其性能进行分析,从全局观点描述事件之间的顺序、并发和同步关系。基于该模型,运用Flexsim仿真分析系统的性能,寻找影响系统效率的关键因素。实践表明,OPN与Flexsim的结合能有效地对生产系统进行分析、优化。%The models of entities of the blade production system were established using Objected -oriented Petri Net method.OPN models of entity objects were connected through the message .A complete system model that describes relationships of sequential , concurrent and asynchronous between events from the global view was established and its performance was analyzed .Based on the model , Flexsim simulation was used to analyze the performances of the system and finds the key factors influencing the system effi -ciency .It turns out that the combination of OPN and Flexsim effectively analyzes and improves production system.
