新型电动绿篱机设计

摘要

The new type of hedge trimming machine uses a wheelbarrow as carrier and rechargeable battery for power supply. The trimmer together with its supporting frame is placed on the wheelbarrow platform, and these three parts can move up and down together under the effect of hydraulic pressure to adapt to dif-ferent height of hedges. The supporting frame can also be switched to the horizontal or vertical direction controlled by the pushrod to trim both sides of a hedge. The new electric hedge trimming machine has the characters of high trimming efficiency,long working hours and high trimming quality.%新型电动绿篱机以小车为载体，蓄电池为动力电源，其绿篱机与翻转平台共同置于小车平台上，与小车平台一起在液压缸作用下完成升降动作，以适应不同高度的绿篱带，实现无级可调高度修剪功能。绿篱机支撑架为一种可调工作角度的承载机构，通过几何形状完成极限工作位置的自锁功能，在手动推杆作用下可实现绿篱机安装台水平和竖直两个方向的转换，完成对绿篱不同方向修剪的任务。
